Eric has more than 27 years of investigative experience in law enforcement and national security, including digital investigation, cybersecurity, incident response, crisis management, and computer exploitation operations. Eric has held several senior positions in the US Federal Government, including most recently as Chief of FBI’s computer operations group, where Eric managed FBI’s lawful exploitation operations and internet investigations. Eric was also responsible for FBI’s global tactical networks and communications to support FBI’s executive protection, crisis management, and international deployments. Eric has represented the FBI as the senior technical liaison officer to the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) for 4 years and has published national polices on technical matters impacting the US Government. Eric received the FBI Director’s Award in 2016 for Outstanding Science & Technology Achievement.
