Keith Woomer currently serves as an Investment Advisor for Boston Asset Management (BAM), a Registered Investment Advisor, that specializes in fiduciary relationships. Prior to joining BAM, Mr. Woomer worked in the financial services industry performing financial analysis and planning for high-net-worth individuals. Mr. Woomer practiced law for several years prior to transitioning into the financial services industry. Mr. Woomer is the principal of Trustease, a trust management and accounting software. Trustease provides software solutions to individual trustees, professional trustees, and trust companies. Mr. Woomer also serves as a Trustee. Mr. Woomer is admitted to the practice of law in Florida and Kentucky. He has a B.A. from College of Charleston, a M.A. from Universita Roma Tre, and a J.D. from Charleston School of Law. Mr. Woomer is a licensed securities representative and currently holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
Leo J. Govoni has more than 35 years’ experience in various capacities within the financial services industries. Mr. Govoni is a founder of The Center for Special Needs Trust Administration, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and the largest provider of pooled trust and special needs trust services in the United States. He is also the President and Founder of Boston Asset Management, Inc., a registered investment advisor. Boston Asset Management is recognized as an industry leader for providing investment advisory services to companies and individuals serving in a fiduciary relationship, whether as a trustee, guardian, attorney or in another fiduciary capacity. Regarded as a prominent member of the legal and special needs communities, Mr. Govoni dedicates his energies toward serving in leadership positions with various legal, education and charitable organizations. Mr. Govoni served on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee and is currently a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Foundation where he serves on the Executive Committee as well as the Investment Committee, overseeing the endowment of the foundation. Mr. Govoni was a member of the Stetson University Board of Trustees and now serves on the Stetson University College of Law Board of Overseer’s Committee and its Executive Committee. He is the principal of Boston Holding Company, a private equity firm with a diverse portfolio that includes interests in alternative legal service providers, the craft beverage industry, commercial forestry and farming, property management, manufacturing, hospitality, and aviation.
